Our smallest and simplest place to stay — a comfortable private room for two at Penvores Farm.

The Old Wood Store is a cosy, thoughtfully furnished room adjoining our farmhouse and makes an ideal base for exploring the Lizard Peninsula and wider West Cornwall.

There's a quality king-size bed with crisp white linen, comfortable seating and a compact en-suite shower room featuring a solid marble shower tray.

The Old Wood Store doesn't have its own kitchen, but a kettle, mugs and basic cutlery are provided, with access to a fridge and microwave nearby.

Although adjoining our family home, the room is entirely private with no shared internal areas — a simple, comfortable place to come back to after a day on the coast.
