Wood burner Instructions
ACR Neo 3F Woodburner
To light
Turn the silver air-control disc anticlockwise to fully open.
Place a few pieces of kindling on the grate, with a firelighter underneath.
Light the firelighter and leave the door slightly ajar for a few minutes, while keeping the fire attended.
Once the kindling is burning well, add a couple of logs and close the door.
Once the stove and flue are hot and the logs are burning well, gradually turn the silver disc clockwise to reduce the airflow. Do not reduce it so far that the flames become weak or smoky.
To keep it burning
Add logs as required — don’t overload the stove.
Keep the door closed while the stove is burning.
Adjust the silver air-control disc as needed: turn it anticlockwise for more airflow and a stronger fire, or clockwise for less airflow and a slower burn.
Keep sufficient airflow for bright, clean flames; do not operate the stove with the air control fully closed.
Use only dry wood.
When finished
Let the fire burn down naturally. Do not pour water on the fire.
Do not close the air control fully while hot embers remain.
Ensure the stove door is closed once the fire has gone out.
Firelighters & matches: stored under the stove, in the storage space behind the built-in door.
Firewood & kindling: an initial supply is provided for your stay. Additional wood may be purchased, subject to availability, at £10 per wheelbarrow. Only use dry wood.
